Pilates is an exercise system that focuses on stretching and strengthening the whole body to improve balance, muscle-strength, flexibility and posture. It was created by German-born Joseph Pilates in the early 1900s and incorporates elements of yoga, martial arts and Western forms of exercise.

We have Mixed Ability Pilates Classes in Ware and the surrounding villages.  Please see our class page for the timetable or follow the link for more information.

Classes can be attended via a Monthly Membership Subscription from £30 a month which gives access to our complete timetable, whether on Zoom or Face to Face and access to the recordings of the sessions via their membership account.  Classes  can also be purchased as a 6 class pass for £52.50 to be used over a 90 day period allowing access to our full timetable, whether on Zoom or Face to Face or as a single class pass at £9.50 per class payable in advance online (subject to availability).
