BeBody Health and Fitness was created by Belinda Nuttall in 2014 to provide a range of top quality, effective, safe and fun fitness classes in the Lea Valley area. Previous to BeBody Fitness for the last 8 years the company has been known locally as Essex Pilates but has recently grown to incorporate different types of classes and services hence the development and change in name etc.
We now have Pilates classes, an extensive 50+ Group Exercise Program including Move it or Lose it! and Personal Training in Ware, Harlow and the surrounding villages.
“I am originally from Northern Ireland and qualified as a fitness instructor in 1991 with the Keep Fit Association of Northern Ireland. I have been in the Health and Fitness Industry for over 24 years teaching a range of exercise to music classes in the form of Aerobics, Aqua Aerobics, Step Aerobics and Pilates and qualified as an Advanced Fitness Trainer and Personal Trainer in 2005. I also was a Slimming Consultant for Slimming World for 6 years until September 2014 giving me a huge insight to the world of losing weight (losing 3 stone myself) and the skills and desire to help others lose weight and enjoy their food in a healthy way. I hugely rewarding job in itself but leaving Slimming World has allowed me to develop and create BeBody Health and Fitness so I can continue to help others and make a difference in this life. We now have classes in Ware, Hertford Heath, Roydon and Harlow Mill and more recently we have our main base in The BeBody Studio within Body Active Gym in Harlow Mill CM20 2HE.
Nowadays I teach everything from BeBody HIIT to BeBody FIT@50+, from a high intensity Bootcamp class for the super fit to a Restorative Pilates class for people living with postural pain/injuries. I love Pilates and the benefits it brings to those with joint/back/posture problems and my own choice of exercise is cycling and skiing when I have time. It was my goal for 2017 to begin to specialise in teaching fitness to older adults and I have recently become a FABS Instructor and a FABS Trainer for Move it or Lose it! in Birmingham.
My mother was a “Keep Fit Instructor” in the 70’s and I have been brought up with exercise to music all my life. My mother is still very active today attending a regular Pilates class with me at 76 years old and is still teaching and loving Community Dance.”
Belinda lives in Ware in Hertfordshire with her husband, daughter, step daughter and cockapoo, Rolo.
