BeBody FIT@60+

BeBody FIT@60+ is our program of classes specifically designed for older adults in Ware and Harlow.


All of our BeBody FIT@60+ classes are designed to strengthen, improve mobility, increase fitness and flexibility. They are fun and a great way to meet other local like-minded people who want to enjoy their later years and not endure them!  We have the following classes available that are specifically designed for older adults:

Move it Or Lose it!  An exercise to music class designed to cover the 4 pillars of senior fitness – Flexibility, Aerobics, Balance and Strength (FABS).  This class involves no floorwork and can be done seated.

Gentle Pilates  An age appropriate Pilates class designed to improve mobility, flexibility and strength. This class involves floorwork on a mat.

20/20/20  An exercise to music class with 20 minutes of Aerobics, 20 minutes of legs, bums and tums, and 20 minutes of mobility and deep stretches.  This class involves floorwork on a mat.

Gentle Yoga  An age appropriate Freestyle Fitness Yoga class designed to improve mobility, flexibility and strength.  This class involves floorwork on a mat.

Our timetable is USUALLY as follows…  However please get in touch to find out what is currently running.  

  • Mondays: Move it or Lose it! – 11am, Harlow, Harlow Rugby Club (U3A Class)
  • Mondays: Move it or Lose it! – 1.45pm, Ware, Leaside Church
  • Tuesdays: Gentle Pilates – 11am Harlow, Christian Fellowship Church, Purford Green (U3A class)
  • Wednesdays: 20/20/20 – 12pm Harlow, Christian Fellowship Church, Purford Green (U3A class)
  • Thursdays: Move it or Lose It – 11.00am Harlow, Christian Fellowship Church, Purford Green (U3A class)
  • Thursdays: Move it or Lose it! – 1.45pm, Ware, Leaside Church
  • Fridays: Gentle Pilates – 10.30am  Harlow, The Latton Bush Centre, Southern Way
  • Fridays: Gentle Yoga – 1.30pm Harlow, Christian Fellowship Church, Purford Green (U3A class)

UPDATE: due to the Corona Virus Pandemic, many of our classes are currently being delivered Online.  We have a FREE WEEKLY EMAIL with videos, tips, exercises of the week and news.  Please email belinda@bebody.co.uk if you would like to be added to this email list.
