Personal Training

Belinda is usually able to offer personal training in the safety and comfort of your own home, both for Pilates, Fitness Yoga and Fitness Training.  She is currently also able to offer One to One sessions via Video Call, using Zoom, due to the Corona Virus Pandemic.  It is as good as being there with you – with ZERO RISK!  One to One training is immensely effective, helping you achieve quicker results and a more intensive experience, hugely motivating for those lacking in motivation!

Pilates Personal Training can be hugely beneficial if someone has an existing pathology causing them pain or loss of mobility, like hyper-mobility or back problems.  Once clients become comfortable with the basic techniques and understand how to keep themselves “safe” within a group situation they can then transfer to a suitable class, although some clients prefer to stay working one to one indefinitely.

One to One Personal Training costs £50 per hour, or £40 for 45 minutes.  A 10% discount is applied if four sessions or more are booked and paid for at the same time.  This includes a PreRecorded session (max 30 mins) as tailored to the participant’s needs that can be followed outside of the sessions as required.

The Personalised Pilates Home Plan package costs £70 for two sessions of 45 minutes each, plus the home plan which the client gets to keep.

We have a monthly package of £70 per month, paid by standing order, which gives you two 45 minute sessions a month plus a personalised video, updated every month, which you can follow whenever it suits you.

Availability is limited and Belinda will travel up to a 10 mile radius of her home in Watton-at-Stone.
