BeBodyFIT@60+ is our program of classes specifically designed for older adults in
Ware and the surrounding areas of East Herts.
All of our BeBodyFIT@60+ classes are designed to strengthen, improve mobility, increase fitness and flexibility. They are fun and a great way to meet other local like-minded people who want to enjoy their later years and not endure them! We have the following classes available that are specifically designed for older adults:
Move it Or Lose it! is a fun and friendly exercise-to-music class designed specifically for older adults, focusing on the 4 pillars of senior fitness — Flexibility, Aerobics, Balance and Strength (FABS). Using uplifting music and easy-to-follow movements, the class helps improve mobility, confidence, coordination and overall wellbeing in a supportive and social environment. There is no floorwork involved and all exercises can be adapted to be performed seated if needed, making the class suitable for a wide range of abilities and fitness levels.
Social Circuits is a friendly exercise class for older adults designed to improve strength, balance, mobility and cardiovascular fitness in a fun and supportive environment. Suitable for all abilities, the class encourages people to move at their own pace while enjoying the social side of exercising together. This class involves no choreography and there is no floorwork. All weights and equipment is provided.
Gentle Pilates An age appropriate Pilates class designed to improve mobility, flexibility and strength. This class involves floorwork on a mat.
Gentle Yoga An age appropriate Yoga class designed to improve mobility, flexibility and strength. This class involves floorwork on a mat.

- Mondays: Gentle Pilates 9.15am, Hertford Heath Village Hall, Hertford Heath
- Mondays: Move it or Lose it! – 11am, Leaside Church, Ware
- Tuesdays: Social Circuits – 9.30am, Ware Drill Hall, Ware
- Wednesdays: Gentle Yoga, 11am Leaside Church, Ware (this is a U3A class)
- Thursdays: Move it or Lose it! – 1.45pm, Leaside Church, Ware
- Thursdays: Gentle Yoga, 3.30pm Leaside Church, Ware (this is a U3A class)
- Fridays: Social Circuits – 9.30am, The Link Social Club, Harlow (this is a U3A class)
