Our full timetable is currently on Zoom - please get in touch for a free trial class and we are hoping to have some Face to Face classes starting again in Harlow and Ware after Easter.
We have Pilates, Hatha Yoga, Cardio, 60+ classes and Pregnancy and Beyond Pilates. Something for all levels of fitness at a time that suits you, mornings, evenings and weekends.
