Meet your BeBody Yoga Instructor – Lezley Bold

Meet Lezley Bold who teaches our online Yoga Flow class on a Thursday evening. With a background in ballet and pilates, she loves teaching our wonderful members as a BeBody yoga instructor.
How did I get into fitness?
I started dancing at 3 years old, and eventually trained to be a ballet dancer. After a short career (due to injury) I taught ballet. Pilates compliments ballet, so it was a natural progression to train as a teacher, and then I discovered a passion for Yoga.
How long have you been teaching for? I have been teaching Pilates for 5 years, and qualified as a Yoga teacher in October 2020.

Do you have a favourite class to teach? My favourite class to teach is my Yoga Flow. I enjoy blending the Yoga asanas together to produce a more fluid routine.


If you could play/try any another sport, what would it be? Another sport? No. I enjoy singing and dancing. Rhythm inspires me to want to choreograph.

Tea or Coffee? Hot Chocolate! I do not drink tea or coffee, or any other stimulants.

Favourite food? Pasta with any type of sauce.

Favourite place to be? I love being in the countryside, listening to the birds, or any sounds of nature.

What’s your favourite Pilates move? Open leg rocker, I just love rolling.

What’s your favourite Yoga move?  I am so proud of achieving a tripod head stand.

What are your goals for the future? My immediate goal is to improve my body strength, which will hopefully make me a better and stronger Yoga/Pilates teacher as I move forward to the possibility of teaching more classes before retirement.
