Belinda is able to offer personal training in the safety and comfort of your own home, both for Pilates and 50+ Fitness. She can offer a regular visit to your home for One to One Training, or she can offer a Personalised Pilates Home Plan package of two 45 minute sessions, which provides you with a tailored home plan to follow on your own.
One to One Personal Training is immensely effective, bringing quicker results and a more intensive experience, hugely motivating for those lacking in motivation!

The Personalised Pilates Home Plan package is popular for people who have a bone, back or joint issue and wish to have a tailored plan to follow regularly at home to improve their condition. Pilates Personal Training can also be of a huge benefit if someone has an existing pathology causing them pain or loss of mobility, like hyper-mobility or back problems. People can then choose to continue to work alone at home with their plan or, once they become comfortable with the basic techniques and understand how to keep themselves “safe” within a group situation, they can then transfer to a suitable class – although some clients prefer to stay working one to one indefinitely.
One to One Personal Training costs £40 per hour, or £35 for 45 minutes. A 10% discount is applied if four sessions or more are booked and paid for at the same time.
The Personalised Pilates Home Plan package costs £55 for two sessions of 45 minutes each, plus the home plan which the client gets to keep.
Availability is limited and Belinda will travel up to a 10 mile radius of her home in Watton-at-Stone.
